About the Business

We learnt most of these from our time running the Personal Injury Department at Kingsford Stacey Blackwell and they still hold good today. When we first started out, we were initially taken a little by surprise at the great response we received and the high demand for ATE Insurance. We hadn't fully appreciated at the time how bad things were for solicitors seeking After The Event Insurance cover. In the early days, we placed some adverts offering ATE Insurance cover in the Law Society Gazette and the response was almost overwhelming.

We were booking three meetings a day with new firms wanting to join our ATE Insurance panel. With many years of experience behind us now, and over 250 firms using our After The Event Insurance, we'd like to think we're now even better at what we do. However, if you think there are still ways in which we can improve upon our service, we'd love to know.
