Got Butlins holiday insurance with this company and got told I couldn't claim back any money when I had to cancel holiday through health reasons, If I hadn't taken out insurance, I would have got just as much back so it was a waste of money.

Pushed from pillar to post trying to get Sykes Cottages policy claim sorted with 7th referral to a Towergate now-cancelled holiday because of stroke SLC/19 2019 ISSUE booked early for June July 2020. Given this firm but they will not answer the phone Towergate took £792 out of my account after I cancelled holiday but no one will honour the insurance which covers me for illness.
